Description:
The Cloud 9 Barleywine aged on Calvados and oak for an additional period of time. The BW has really developed a lot of plumb, apple and port/sherry notes as it continues to age. I think the Calvados (French apple brandy) will be a nice addition to the overall profile. There should be a touch of oak to balance it out.
