A Belgian Lambic non-barrel aged version of Alpine’s Chez Moneiux Kriek Lambic, which brewer Pat McIllhenney has named Chez Monmee. Instead of barrel aging, Pat added the beer and cherries into a small stainless steel fermentor and let it age. Generous amounts of the tart montmorency cherry were added after 12 months of aging.
