Description:
This ale is the winning beer from the home brew contest held a few months ago. Jon Tart won best in show with this delicious ale. It is a high gravity Imperial Stout. Jet black in color and has some hop bitterness to it to balance out any sweetness that comes along with brewing such a high alcohol beer. Tons of chocolate malt gives this beer a nice chocolate aroma and flavor. Caramel and Munich malts lend a touch of sweetness to the beer. This beer is meant to be sipped and should be allowed to warm slightly to release the fine aromas and flavors that make up this beer. This beer will be sent to the Great American Beer Festival and be entered in to the Pro-Am competition. Enjoy and Congrats to Jon. 8.9%.
