This belgian farmouse ale was fermented without the modern convenience of temperature control which resulted in a perfect rendition of this style from 19th century belgium. Farmhouse ales were originally brewed to refresh the field workers during harvest season in Wallonia. Tart and sour notes dominate this light quenching ale.
