Carolina Brewing Company is proud to roll out our Holiday Wiggo. If you’re not familiar with Wiggo, it’s a dark copper-colored IPA that weighs in at 6.0% alcohol by volume. We use lots of dark caramel malt to balance the heavy citrusy, piney aroma and flavor from Cascade and Centennial hops (including a heavy dose for dry hopping in the fermenter).
Holiday Wiggo is our fourth version of this beer (Wiggo [1996], Winter Wiggo [1998] and Wiggo the Third [2005]). Brewer: Carolina Brewing Company
