RateBeer.com -- Correct Blackstone St. Amandus DubbelBlackstone St. Amandus Dubbel

Description:
Dubbel is one of the styles brewed by the Trappist monasteries of Belgium. Sugar is used in addition to malt to boost the strength, while keeping the body light and "digestable." Our dubbel uses unprocessed Turbinado sugar for this purpose, with the focus being on the complex aromatics and flavors produced by the special yeast. Named in honor of the Belgian patron saint of brewers, innkeepers and bartenders, St. Amandus represents the hospitality shown by monasteries towards thirsty travelers. O.G. - 1.067 IBUs - 23
