The Fuller's & Friends collabs launch next week (8th Nov) with some special events (eg. a Fuller's/Hardknott tasting at the Old Joint Stock in Brum), followed by availability of the mixed 6-pack exclusively in Waitrose from 13th Nov.

Waitrose is also due to launch bottled Fuller's Imperial Stout 2017 (10.7%) and Vintage Ale 2017 on the same day.

Thought this year's vintage ale was a good one - looking forward to aging one

I've added that date in my diary to tour the local Waitrose locations.

The disclaimer, by the way, is I'm just passing this on & have no involvement beyond planning to buy a 6-pack. If your local Waitrose is late, don't blame me.

By the way congratulations to Scopey for taking over from me as top rater of Fullers. Well done Paul at last a rater in London who is the top rater of this London brewery.

Cheers Ian - it has been very tough work to creep up the leader board - not that I expect to sit at the top forever, but glad I managed to achieve it once. I have been into Fuller's ever since we moved to (West) London in 2007. Been on the brewery tour like 10 times as it was nearby, used to be incredibly cheap and you got loads of beer. Some of my fun Fuller's facts - 1) I once won a cask tapping competition on an open day there 2) Lorna & I were paid in cash a few times to blind taste/rate (!) their beers 3) tasted pretty much all the Vintage ales in a row (for free) with the help of TV's Oz Clark. Fun times.

This years FV is pants, you don't want it. Unfortunately, due to earthquakes, hurricanes, and plagues of locusts, Estonia is completely out of beer currently, and we're desperate, and will take anything - please get Fullers to send all over the unwanted FV to us as part of an international aid package.

I grew up in Fulham west London and that was youngs territory . Used to drink special from the cask in my teens and would sneer at anything fullers..but when I moved over to Twickenham, fullers were dominate and I had to admit reluctantly that pride or Chiswick were superior equivalents . Fullers are still one of my fave bigger breweries today
