Help identifying beer drunk in Nuremberg Landbierparadies

Hello,
A few weeks ago (8.10) we were in Landbierparadies in Wodenstr., Nuremberg. First beer we had was on tap, on the menu (and in my notebook) - Landbier vom Holzfass. My German is limited, so I didn't realize that Holzfass is not a name of a brewery :/
Anyone knows who brews their house beer?

as far as I know, they rotate.

So you are pretty much screwed. Maybe you can try sending them an email and ask if they know which they had on at that day.
