Such a great finding in Budapest. Located in the basement few minutes walk from famous Széchenyi Lánchíd (Széchenyi Chain Bridge) and Clark Adam ter. Old bookshelves with dusty books and haggard walls are part of the image and were made on purpose. Pictures on the walls makes us think that we are in old basement where monks made beer a long time ago. Only objection goes to temperature of beers, because they were served too cold (friend ordered Orval and got it on 4-5şC), but otherwise this is an excellant place. Food is excellent. |
