Great downtown Cincinnati location for this bar and restaurant, owned by the Tavern Group, which operates a number of English-themed pubs in the region. Nice environment. Very friendly and helpful staff; bartender gave me a couple samples of stuff they were given from traveling reps and may be featuring in the future. 26 taps and 30-ish bottles (but more not listed- ask bartenders if they’ve got anything rotating through the fridges). Mostly English, Irish, Scotch brews and a few American and Belgians, among others. Taps featured four Belhavens, BrewDog (rotating), Chimay, Young’s, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale, Tennent’s, Breckenridge, and more. They always serve in appropriate glassware. The food is hearty, and very good overall.

A far too convenient location within a block from my downtown office. A very nice, somewhat upscale Scottish pub. This is a place that is very easy to spend quite some time in. And I do everytime I’m there. Decent tap selection of about 15-20 different beers. Bottle list in a beer menu. They have a very extensive and expensive scotch selection. Anything you could want and or imagine. They also have a rotating cask. Some of the offerings I’ve had on cask here lately are Bells Double Cream Stout and Bells Two Hearted. I’ve also ate here a many of times. The food is excellent. Food varies in price from anywhere from $9-20. But is well worth it for the most part. I recommend the beef tips. This bar is now smoke free, so there is no reason not to go. This is an establishment that I frequent very often, but still not enough.

Yes, it’s always crowded with yuppie types drinking Budweiser on Friday nights, but if you are looking for beers from the British Isles, this is the place to go. The food is great as well, going beyond the "bangers & mash" and shephard’s pie that the other wanna be pubs serve up. The scotch selection is excellent as well.

Located downtown direrectly across from Aronoff Center. Very nice central location of rectangular bar of wood. Good selection of brews with two cast draws. Service was good with reasonable beer knowledge. Good food menu. Nice location if you are downtown. Another good brewpub one block south.

Very nice place. Wooden Scottish booths with a large bar. Twenty something taps of some good English and Scottish imports. A couple casks also. Great selction of Scotch. Didn’t get any food. Maybe a little expensive. Definatly worth it to stop in here, then head to Rock Bottom.

Couple beers on beer engine many on draught. Most of the beers are English imports. Decent bottle selection. Very good food. Wonderful ambiance of a upscale Scottish pub. Excellent wooden bar.
