September 16, 2009 I like the Alehouse, tho the prices are pretty high. I mostly go there when I have to work in G’burg. The crab soup is awesome, and it’s great to get the limited beers. |

July 31, 2009 This place is great. I recommend it to anyone wanting a good bite to eat or a great beer (IPA or Specialty). |

May 17, 2009 Visited on 02/28/2009. Finished off my Maryland trip here. All of the usual Dogfish brews are on tap here (as well as a few mixes). Mostly I just wanted to try the Lawnmower Light since that’s one of the few commonly available but not bottled brews. Friendly staff, though the place was very busy. |

April 22, 2009 Love the fact that they serve DFH beers and I couldn’t go wrong with this selection.
I wasn’t impressed with the service or the food, especially at the prices they charge.
Highly recommended for someone wanting to try DFH on tap but would suggest the Falls Church alehouse location. |

September 30, 2008 As others have said, the selection is disappointing if you’re looking for hard-to-find brews on tap. However, their regular draft menu includes a black and tan (chicory stout over 90-minute ale) and the alehouse 75 (half 60-minute, half 90-minute... get it?). The biggest problem is the price - $5 or more for drafts, outside of happy hour. There are rare bottles available, but you’re going to pay a premium for them. |

June 27, 2008 What can you say about an inviting establishment that sells Dogfish Head on tap? Add to this great food, attentive service and a relaxing atmosphere and you get an enjoyable beer drinking experience. Plenty of rare styles in bottles too! |

June 9, 2008 I was a little disappointed here since I love dogfish so much. The real disappointment was that they only had their standard beersno raison d’extra, no immort ale, or any other beers i really wanted to sample and the spring beer was already gone. It was also fairly standard ambiance. That said, the beers they do have pour extremely well and there is some good food. It’s more than worth a visit, it just doesn’t live up to what i’d expect from dogfish. |

January 3, 2008 I didn’t realize this was just an hour down the road. A little expensive for the fare but terrific beer! Service was sub-par and I wish they had more of the Hard-to-Find brews of theirs available. We will have to try again. |
