Not too many on tap, but plenty of bottled beer available... some of it pretty good (North Coast Old Stock 2008). Food (burger) was quite good and flavorful... fries were hot. Nice selection and good food, but overpriced which should surprise no one because this is the Strip and this is Mandalay Bay and this restaurant/bar sits in the middle of designer shops. Nothing surprising or rare on the tap selection (I had a Grimbergen double). Still, they were solid beers. The bottle selection was big and diverse. Pub-like ambiance. Lots of great beers on tap and an incredible bottle selection. I was really impressed at the bottle selection from Belgium, Japan, and Germany. Some stuff I’d never seen before. I got the Deschutes Jubelale and Primo Lager. Very good selection. Food was decent but massively overpriced. Looked this up on RB and decided I should try it. Had Speakeasy Big Daddy IPA, Deschutes Imperial Stout and Stone Ruination on tap, as well as about 10 others. The burgers were good. They have a 60 dollar burger (wtf?). Excellent little spot in Vegas. Enjoyed Stone Imperial Russian Stout on tap and they otherwise had a great selection of beers (american micros and abroad). The beer menu must have gotten better since the others rated this place. Many great domestics (I had a Stone 11th Anniversary!), harder to find Belgians and nice beers from other countries. Burgers are out of this world! One knock I would give it is that it is expensive but really in line with the other places nearby. |
