Awesome selection of American and Scandinavian stuff that you don’t find anywhere else near here. Great service, and you have to appreciate the effort that they go through to put the selection together. That being said, most of it just doesn’t seem to be worth it for me, as "grey market" selections can be mail-ordered or traded for cheaper, and many other items can be had for less money at other popular bay area stores. Key for a few things, but the overall selection is less usable than numbers would suggest, unless money is not a factor.

Typcial beer store but with great selection of beer, Founders and Bells? Lots of RR, Port Brews,Harpreet was very helpful and made sure I knew what was available in back as well, worth checking out

Average looking liquor/conviniance store on the outside stellar beer selection on thje inside. Harpreet is very helpful and friendly. The beer selection is amazing. Prices might be a little high to some but it is a little store not a Bevmo. If you’re in the Bay area defintley check it out!

Man. I used to bitch about the lack of good Beer Stores in the Bay Area. I can’t do that anymore. This place has a whole lot of beer. Stuff that rarely if ever makes it to California let alone the Bay Area. Great selection and Harprett knows his stuff. Yeah the prices may be a tad high, but you do get what you pays for. The markup is probably not that much. It would cost me a WHOLE LOT more to have to travel or trade for some of this stuff.

Harpreet is one keen and motivated chap! He’s heading the right direction, listening to people and actively seeking out the best he can get. All I can worry about is being solved, I just hope his old man will let him run with his ideas and the back of the east bay will have a marker beer business. I’d be back there in a shot and I can’t wait to see what he’s changed about the place to best deliver great beer.

Harpeet is a great guy with a true devotion to both good beer and customer service. the selection is amazing, now featuring 32 doors inside the store! wow! there is rare stuff, and a lot of it. has a huge amount of rotation and gets some of the rarest stuff on the planet. i could score this place higher, but i have to save a couple points for when the tasting room opens up!

let me start by saying i’ve read the complaints about the prices.all i have to say is harpreet is the man .the guy is constantly trying and succeeding to bring in the hottest and most rare of fine brews.we are lucky here in livermore to have someone so enthusiastic about about craft brews.that being said his prices are very reasonable considering his vast selection.i

Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with Harpreet’s store! I came in and was immediately attended to, shown the beer in front, the cooler in back, and even the special selection in the way back. I had e-mailed prior to visiting, so I actually had a few beers held for me when I got there. By far the best selection in one place that I have found thus far, including the widely sought after Westvleterens! I will definitely be going again the next time I’m in town.

Harpreet is the man. Somehow guessed that I had called him earlier asking directions then proceeded to give me a tour of the fridge and store room. Has things that nobody - let alone a non-metropolitan shop on the west coast - should have. Earned every bit of his 15 Selection rating. Seems more concerned at times with SD than SF, which strikes me as odd. A touch weak on Belgians but his Scandinavians are solid. Always doing WORK to bring in the rare and semi-retired. Make no mistake though: he doesn’t give them away. That said, worth the trip for most anybody.

Likely the best selection in all of California. Looks like a typical liquor store in a strip mall, but there is a massive beer selection in the back of the store. You name it, they have it. Tons of Lost Abbey stuff, like Red Poppy, CdT, etc etc. Westy, lots of RRs, including batch 23, Cantillon, Alesmith, Bruery, Nogne, numerous other Scandinavian brews. They had some Dieu du Ciel as well. The beers were fairly priced. Harpreet is a very enthusiastic guy with a ton of plans for this place. A lot of the beer I mentioned is located in the back rooms, so ask for him and he will likely show you around back there. Just make sure you bring your wallet, because there are so many insatiable goodies here.
