| Dorqui (43), Brescia, Italy | | November 5, 2009 Graceful pub in the vicinities of Plaza Mayor, own beside the Chucilleros’s doors. Small atmosphere, dark with according to wider plan in order eating. Chosen of mostly Belgian beers, some classic ones while sometimes some innovation can be found. Good music, high pleasant indeed little wide acclimatization but with some table and stools. | | CamdenD (12), Madrid, Spain | | February 14, 2008 [ Updated July 26, 2009 ] Considering its competition in Madrid, this place should get a 100. Good standard selection of Belgian beer and decent tap lineup, including Chimay Triple and always a kriek. Standard Belgians available, as well as, sometimes, not to blow their cover, a certain very sought-after beer without a label... | | thenick (10), North Bellmore, New York | | July 16, 2007 Stumbled upon this place on a chilly evening when looking for a place to go inside for a drink. Decent selection of Belgians, which stood out among the rather desolate beer landscape of Madrid. I had a few beers here I never even saw in places like New Beer Distributors or the Publick House in the USA. The manager we spoke to was very interested in beer and took time to make recommendations and ask us how we enjoyed our beers. Not a bad place at all. | | Fukito (17), Buenos Aires, Argentina | | May 19, 2007 Rather cozy pub with wooden interior. Located in central, lively and fun-packed cuchilleros street, besides the Plaza Mayor. Nice, not-so-loud music. Service could be better and friendlier. Food was not bad, but scarce and pricey for Madrid standards. Selection was not bad, some tripples, belgian strong golden ales and arguably better than in most neighboring pubs. |
