Ambient: looks unhappy like a not quite figured out joint. Dirty with dirty exposition bottles covered in sugar coming from the beer an stuck firmly to the bar showing a bad cleaning protocol. Big projected screen wall showing MTV. The owner says his tap system is not good. He says he "has too clean the pipes everyday ’cause some beer stays in them"!! ( oviously not knowing what he’s speaking about). A small perfume spray spraying ON the ppl at the bar (like myself): not nice. Smells strong and awful!! Service: not prepared loud speaking owner, but nice guis on the staff. Altough very very little knowledge on beer. Beers: terrible fixed selection of 1 italian importer. All "heat treated beers". Not nice. The publican cannot tell a good beer from an infected one, that tells the story. Dosen’t know what brett is or diacetyl or oxidation. Other: cocktails, softdrinks, frozen heated up pub food: as in cheesburger, hamburger and ham sandwiches. stop. I asked for a selection of beers, the first proposed was a porter (!? where did the lagers go?). Surely boring for a beer drinker, waist of time pub. No parking. No wonder it’s empty on saturday night. At the question of another client "what is ’birra cruda’ (raw beer as it’s called in Italy, meens unpasturized beer)?" the answer was: "i’ll ask" and the waiter walked away and never came back. 1 good ending note: the temperature of service was ok, not right but ok
