Hit this place up last night, as it was convenient to the hotel. I really enjoyed the laid-back, neighborhood, beer kitsch feel. Very relaxed. The bar tender was knowledgeable and friendly. The selection wasn’t as big as I expected, but the diversity and seasonality were great, and there were some real gems amongst the bottle selection. I loved the appropriate glassware (great tulips for most beers) and the beers seemed really well handled. The worst part was the prices. Maybe this is just a Rhode Island thing, but holy crap...some of the most expensive beer bar beer I’ve ever paid for. They don’t take cash, which is alright, but sometime confining. Worth a stop!

The beer selection was incredible for such a small establishment. The tap consisted of a small batch of Trooper Imperial Stout, Belgian strong and triples, many big beers from New England (harpoon leviathan series, Smuttynose), Rodenbach sour, German Hefe’s, lambics, and American micros. The bottle selection is just as impressive, they had 4 out of 5 trappists, a wide selection of saisons (my current obsession) and many others. The prices are very reasonable, bring cash, this is probaly one reason why their prices are so competitive. The bartender was fairly knowledgeable and was very friendly. The owner came in later and was a cool guy too. I would definitely go back, a great place to hit solo or with a small group of fellow beerknerds.

Aside from the lack of food, this is easily the bet beer bar in RI. The service is excellent. The beers are always served in proper glassware. The prices can’t be beat (most beers are $6 or under). The walls are lined with beer signs and license plates, along with a shelf filled with empty beer bottles. The people who frequent the Track are always super friendly. This is the quintessential neighborhood beer bar.

This small local bar is located at the end of a dead end street, right next to some train tracks. It does not look like much from the outside, but the inside is a different story. You walk in to a very small room, complete with peanut shell covered wood floors, jukebox, darts, and a collection of beer bottles lining the walls. This is full of character and is a textbook example of a local “dive” beer bar. The locals are very sociable and shared some beers that they brought in for a tasting. The selection tap selection was small but carefully selected. I wish they had more space to expand the bottle selection, but there was plenty of choices to keep me happy. Prices are very reasonable, but bring cash. No credit cards. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to experience the train going by, which rumbles the entire bar like an small earthquake. Closed Sunday and they close at 10pm on Monday nights. If you like laid back bars with a local feel, look no further. Great place.

Went to this place for the first time since i have heard such good things about it. as soon as i walked in and took one look at the place i knew i loved it. It was full of metal signs from different breweries all over the world. There beer selection is amazing as well as the draft selection. While i was there i got the st bernaradus abt 12 on draft and it was just as good as if were coming out of the bottle. the place could use a better bartender since the one that was there was not really up to date on her beer knowledge. As for food a cook would be nice but you dont go there for the food you go for the beer.

The best beer selection I’ve seen at a local dive bar. Track 84 is near T.F. Green Airport. Eclectic mix of locals, kids getting out of retail/restaurant work and beer geeks. Always an interesting mix of beers on tap. Good and interesting bottle selection. Taps change often, and are often quality. Good mix of Belgians, American craft beers, and others. I’ve never eaten the food.

This is a great place if you like small bars wtih excellent beer selection and wonderfully nice people. I visited there from Houston (recommended by michiganmiked...thanks!) and had a wonderful time. Although I wish there was food (they ran out of grinders as I was there) the beers more than made up for it. About 12 great beers on tap and another 75 or so in bottles. Friendly locals mostly in the joint, and I had a great time talking with a couple of them for many hours. Good music too. Nice place just to go to and chill out....a true neighborhood bar.
