Have to agree with Beer and Blues2, on whose recommendation I visited the Windmill. Very good selection ... for Alabama. Lots of singles, including beers by Tucher, Flying Dog, Paulaner, Hacker-Pschorr, and others as well as a vast catalog of your not-so-hard-to-find craft/imports like Guinness, Harp, St. Pauli, Becks, numerous Sam Adams brews, Asahi, etc.

As far as the beer buying goes in Huntsville, and Alabama for that matter, this place has one of the largest selections in the state. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You can buy anything as a single.
