Overall this is a good place to go for food & locally crafted beer that is always good, sometimes great, and rarely a bad experience.
Food is consistently of good quality and service from the more veteran wait staff is quite good.
Seasonal offerings are above average. Regular selection is above average as well. The Pale Ale is actually an American IPA. The El Hefe is good for a local hefe.
Good place to get into on a busy Saturday night when many other places have an hour waiting list.

I didn’t like this Rock Bottom as much as the one in Scottsdale or even, Desert Ridge. They did have one seasonal there that I hadn’t had yet. When we were there, they had a guy playing guitar. He was pretty good. However, it was so loud that you couldn’t even take to the people at your table.

For a chain brew on premises, its pretty decent, had good food, good service and the beer was quite drinkable, prices reasonable.

I liked this place better when it was Cougan’s Brewery and Grill. Now it’s just another Rock Bottom, and the least interesting of the ones I’ve been to.
