| nate2g (151), Brisbane, Australia | | August 21, 2009 The beer menu wasn’t that great, and I’m sure the beers are more reasonably priced elsewhere around the city. Nice enough place though. | Thomo (6), Doncaster, Australia does not count - explanation | | July 31, 2009 Stuck in the middle of town, where do I go? This place is a treat! Good selection of local and imported beers. From Moo Brew stout to Samuel Smith Imp Stout.
Smart food presented well. Better pricing than transport. | barmat (1), , Australia does not count - explanation | | July 29, 2009 This place has changed a lot from last year. Taps are constantly changing which i like. Always something new and interesting in the fridge which may not appear on the menu. | | mullet (133), Melbourne, Australia | | January 18, 2009 I’m with the GrandMaster. A decent number of beers but massively overpriced and nothing you can’t easily find elsewhere. Tap beer range is pretty ordinary, not much love for the locals at all. A ’civilised’ place for a beer but not much character. You’d think a place with the word beer in the name would make more of an effort. You might as well just walk down to Transport - that’s saying something. | | TheGrandMaster (77), Auckland, New Zealand | | December 15, 2008 Walked up and had one look at the over-priced, and compared to some of the other Melbourne venues, not that exciting menu. Turned around and headed back to the more amenible Young & Jacksons. |
