Just about the only thing I wasn’t keen on here was the beers. They aren’t bad, just deadly boring. The AIB-brewed Pilsner is probably their most interesting beer which is a fairly sad state of affairs. Bitter is served both via CO2 and handpump. Nonetheless it’s a cool place in a completely random location, the staff and locals are really lovely and I had a REALLY good pizza there. Easily reached by bus from Lilydale station too. Will become a must-see if the beers become a bit more adventurous.

...visited here on the way back from Strathbogie. Place was nice and cozy inside, the food was good, but took forever to get it(like an hour), and was very expensive. The beers were sub-par, tried the cider and pils. Don’t think I will be going here again.

3 coldstream products on tap, the cider, a bitter and the pils, as well as two beers like Guinness or something. The premises and menu look nice enough but sadly we didn’t stay long due to my BAC being close to the allowable limit.
