Visited a few weeks after opening. Can’t really say I was impressed on my first visit. Decent ambiance resembling an old, refurbished warehouse. Finding a table was a serious waiting game. Service at the bar was pretty good, but table waiting seemed to take much too long. Good tap list, with lots of local and west coast beers, with the likes of Alpine, North Coast, Alesmith, and Port Brewing. Pizzas are very tasty, made with fresh ingredients. Goes well with a tall pint. Hopefully the service picks up before my next visit.

I got an opportunity to visit the recently opened Blind Lady this afternoon. Upon first entering I was very excited to see a nice open space. Off to the right was a chalkboard with current beer offerings. We stood in short line, place a pizza order, and then sat and waited. As I sipped my Allagash Curieux, I admired their unique decorative style. The giant Hamm’s sign on the west wall was cool. I then stared at all the great beer offered. The food arrived and was great. Thin, crispy crust was incredible. The toppings were very fresh. I wanted to go for my next beer, but was in a rush. I’ll be back often and I’m sure I’ll get the chance to go up and down that beer list. Overall, Blind Lady was impressive for only having been open just recently. I think they are a very welcomed addition to the beer rich 30th Street area.

Good mix of well priced local brews, a few other domestic micros, and fancy imports. Pizzas are great, Ceaser Salad is a fave. Laid-back ambiance goes well with S-D, but I think they should expand as soon as they can!

Shouldn’t really be classified as a bar, its more restaurant than bar. Vibe is what this place has, as well as an always decent and eccentric tap selection. The pizza hasn’t really impressed me thus far, I’ve had 3 different pies so far...but to be quite honest, pizza doesn’t usually impress me to begin with...so no loss there. First beer was introduced today...the automatic, which was nice. Definitely will be a regular hang out for me, much more comfortable setting for me than both hamiltons, toronado, obriens, and neighborhood

Really cool local pub/restaurant that we hit up on its third week in business. Really liked the cousy feel and architecture inside. The beer list included some great CA local brews, was well priced and everything was served in the proper glass. The pizzas and salads were great too. Would be great just for a drink or making it an evening with pizza and a couple drinks. We brought our daughter and our Brit friends had their kids too...no issues at all.

This place is brand new and super exciting. Lee Chase of Stone Fame who has contributed so much to San Diego’s craft brewing culture has his own place. Right now this place serves a wide variety of excellent beer at excellent prices as well as pizzas that I’ve been told are excellent though I haven’t had them yet. One day this place will serve Lee’s beers, but for now it serves a wide range of great brew available in San Diego and around the Country. This place has a fantastic vibe and I can’t wait as it evolves. Had the pizza today and its really damn excellent, vegan options are also a big plus.
