Premium Boulder beer scene. Great selection combined with awesome burgers and a very knowledgeable staff that is a ton of fun. They always have around 10 of their brews on tap in addition to one guest tap, all of which rotate on a fairly consistent basis. Unquestionably the best brewpub in Boulder.

Visited during GABF 2009. Packed on a Friday afternoon with nearly no seats at all. We finally found a place to plop down, and were treated to a sampler of some really excellent beer. Brewpub seems to be largely rectangular with beer items about the walls with a somewhat unique feel to it. We had a small snack and the food was good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, this was a cash only establishment when we stopped in September 2009, but a quick trip to the ATM solved that problem. I agree this is definitely worth a visit.

Unique atmosphere. The establishment had terrific food and decent beer. Overall it has a restaurant feel.

I thought this was a nice brewpub, more of a Restaurant atmosphere than a pub one, but very good. Both the food and beer were outstanding. Definately worth a visit.

One of my all time favorite places to go to eat and drink. The atmosphere is unique, eclectic, busy and friendly, but most importantly the beer is fantastic and the food is different than just pub grub and is also outstanding. A very fun, happening place to go. I love it.

I had an amazing trip to this brewpub. It opened at noon and by 12:30 it was packed. The locals know about this place and frequent it often. The server knew his product and after hearing me talk about beer, he knew what to bring out. I had the sampler pack and asked him to select some things. He brought out a lot of really hoppy and heavy beers which I really liked. I also tried the Java Porter which was the best thing I had. This is by far the best brewpub to go to if you are in Boulder and I would return to try more if I am in the area.

Fantastic beer selection. Diverse beers with strong character. Staff was super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Good music, sweet Dead and Phish posters, delicious beer, yummy food, what else can one ask for?

Nice, unique atmosphere. Large room with booth and table seating. The place was pretty busy, but the servers were very friendly and attentive. Good selection of beers, and the ones I had were very flavorful. Good food and good prices. Nice location. Definitely worth the trip.

Went here for lunch yesterday - this is the only brewpub I have ever been to that didn’t have a bar to sit at (they had a counter that looked like it was supposed to be a bar, but there were no chairs there) - I had to sit at a table like a normal person! - wtf! - anyway, aside from that, this place was great - very casual atmosphere, friendly servers, reasonable prices, and tasty grub - the selection of beers was diverse and interesting - the crowd is your standard cavalcade of Boulder neo-hippies - nice location in downtown Boulder - excellent spot.

Visited during GABF week 2008. Located on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder. Great location for this very cool brewpub. Food was good, beer was great (I ordered the Java Porter which was excellent). Along with the excellent breweries in Boulder this is a must stop for the beer lover.
