| sroberts (26), Columbia, Missouri | | September 7, 2009 The beer sampler was worth the price. This was the highlight of my experience at this establishment. The food was mediocre bar type food. The service was good and the location downtown was perfect. | wxmanfsu (2), Wesley Chapel , Florida does not count - explanation | | May 12, 2009 Spent 3 days in Denver and made it by all three times. Beers are good, although I prefer the Chicago location over this one. | beerchugger (9), Colorado does not count - explanation | | April 13, 2009 Pretty nice place with a decent selection of beers. The food there is pretty good. The issue is that their beers are typcial chain brewery beers, rather bland and boring. I would not turn down an invitation to go eat there again, but I would not go just for the beer. Decent place, just nothing outstanding about their beer. | | Theis (80), , Denmark | | December 15, 2008 Huge place, lots of beers, two bars. Bad food, boring sweet beers. I was rather dissapointed. Did not come back. | | DuffMan (96), the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta | | November 26, 2008 Popped in for a bite and brew during our GABF 2008 Odyssey. Food was typical pub fare (chicken wings etc), not bad but not standout either. Nice selection of house-brewed beers, some of which are okay. Our bartender was pleasant and attentive even though he was totally swamped, so no complaints about service. | | wetherel (80), Encinitas, California | | October 24, 2008 8 regular beers on tap + barrel aged something. Beers aren’t good, even though one is rated high on ratebeer. Low in flavor and the little flavor isn’t good. The restaurant is fun and interesting to visit otherwise. | | Skinnyviking (63), Copenhagen, Denmark | | October 20, 2008 The front rood seemed very crowded and noisy but luckily I got into the back room. Spoke to some nice people at the bar and was serviced quickly and well by the bar maid. Got a sampler and could unfortunately not drink any more after that. The chicken and mashed potatoes came quickly and the meal had just the right size. All TV screens were tuned on that days American football match so if this is your interest I guess Rock Bottom is just the place to go. There was however also some pool tables. | | michael-pollack (71), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania | | October 11, 2008 Looks like most other Rock Bottoms. Nice outside patio. Service was just ok a little slow, and some incorrect (not what was ordered) items came out. Above average selection of their beers, compared to other Rock Bottoms. More special brews than most. Food is hit or miss. I find it a tiny bit priced for the quality of food and service (I have beer to this one a few times). | | mephisto (37), , Taiwan | | August 20, 2008 a lot of people at 6:00 pm, it is a bumping bar. many many tvs on the wall with friendly bartenders walking around, this place offers taster options on seven beers. worth visit if one likes to try a lot of local brew without getting hammered. unfortunately, the beer is not very good. | | savnac (57), Palmer, Alaska | | August 2, 2008 Good chain brewery/brew pub. What you would expect out of your typical brew pub. We sat outside and people watch on the 16th street mall. The beer was good but nothing really stood out as extraordinary or unique. I would go back next time in Denver or any other locations, I guess you know what to expect. |
