September 7, 2009 The atmosphere was great for dining or hanging out with friends. The food was mediocre. The beer selection was minimal but was not bad. The local competition of beers made it difficult to truly appreciate Coopersmiths selection. |

July 4, 2009 Very Nice Place, Stopped by After the NB Tour and had dinner, it came highly recommended and it lived up to it. The Beer was quality and the food was excellent one of the best brewpubs ive been to. |

April 27, 2009 I visited Coop’s the first (and last) time I was in Fort Collins. The city really impressed me, and CooperSmith’s did the same. I loved the college town feel of Fort Collins and the Cheers-like feel of the bar.
The chicken brie sandwich was excellent, the barkeep was knowledgeable, the waitresses were friendly, and the beers weren’t too shabby either! This is the kind of place where being a regular would be a dream! |

October 22, 2008 I agree with Greenrooster in that this is in the cool looking old town square part of Ft. Collins. Close to New Belgium brewery and an ideal spot to grab a bite to eat before or after NB tour. (NB does not serve food.)
Had a nice Bitter and cask IPA that rocked with some mexician food while sitting outside enjoying the great weather that day. We were the before the GABF started.
Cheers,

October 15, 2008 This is in the cool looking old town square part of Ft. Collins. I wish i had walked around the area more but a slight icy drizzle started to fall. There are 2 parts to this establishment. One is just a bar with pool and darts and across a walkway is the resturant and formal bar. Sample of thier beers can come in 4, 6 or 8 5 oz glasses for $2 a sample. None of the seasonals can be had in the samples just the mainstays. The beers were generaly above par and quite tasty. The food was just ok but the excellent service made up for this. Overall a nice place to vist and the people around here really know thier beer. |

August 3, 2008 This place is great all the way around. If I lived in Ft. Collins and I have thought of moving there many times, this would be my hangout. Incredibly gracious staff and very beer knowledgeable at least at the bar, I always sit at the bar when I come here. The Kriek is a must try. |

July 13, 2008 With New Belgium, Odell, and Fort Collins ALL closed on a Sunday, this is where I wound up...and was incredibly stoked to do so! I ordered a sampler...and was explained that none of the seasonals could be added - BUT...my incredibly nice server brought out all of them for me anyways free of charge! The Kriek was delicious... Didn’t get food, but enjoyed my stay for a while. Decent beer over all, but you really got to hope for the Kriek or the Bruin. Worth a stop! |

July 3, 2008 [ Updated July 4, 2008 ] Coopersmiths food is ok, but the beer and the pool keep people coming. Their brew pub beers are all good, in particular try their Chile beer, which infuses Anaheim and serrano chile’s into a light beer. It is a great taste. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to relax and have a couple of unique beers. |

June 8, 2008 Stopped in after the Small Batch Festival at O’Dells. Quite a few different beers on tap menu is upper-end bar food. Wife had a great burger and I got a calzone. There’s two sides to the place - one for pool and the restaurant. Service was extremely slow but it wasn’t a deal breaker since we were taking our time anyway. |

March 14, 2008 Stopped here on a whim. This place is pretty damn cool. They had quite a few nice beers on tap including a Kriek and a IIPA which were delicious. They have two sides I stayed on the pool table side. The pool tables were pretty nice and they music was pretty good too (lots of Phish). This is a very cool place to come hangout and just chill. |
