Smal but well lit pub was very busy for a Monday at 10000 feet. Service was very good at the bar even though the bartender was running her ass off pouring beer. The selection was’nt bad with 6 house beers (R.A.M. stout was my favorite). The food was good. I had a burger smothered in buffalo chili with a roasted jalapeno on top. Definately worth checking out!

Nice Victorian house located in the heart of Leadville at 10,152’, proudly proclaiming to be North America’s highest brewpub. The place is rather open upstairs and crowded downstairs. The service we had sucked but I could tell that another staff member was doing much better; I guess it depends on who you get. They had 6 house brews available. The food was tasty and non-typical brewpub fare; this was the best part.

A great brew pub up at 10,000 feet. This pace was happening. You would think the PBR crowd of the town would not let it happen but the high altitude they where in need of something awesome up there. The beer was great the food also. The service was above the rest. The servers went over and above trying to make you happy. Talked with the brewer and owner and they where awesome also. This was a highlight of our trip. If ever in Leadville stop and have a brew and the wings are awesome too.

Sep 06: Put this place on my favorite "surprise find" list. Nestled in the relatively quiet surroundings of Leadville, this little house-converted-to-brewpub bills itself as the "highest brewpub in the USA" at it’s 10,000 ft altitude ... which means you get more alcohol effects for your dollar. The little place has a quaint small-town feel, and offered up some quality beers, especially for such a "remote" locale. Overtly friendly staff and the owners were on-site to talk up their business. I’d definitely love to return for a more in-depth visit. Definitely worth the jaunt.
