The brewery has tours every Saturday. For $5 you get a Hooker logo glass, and tastings of 4 different of their beers on tap. At times they will also give you samples right off the bright beer tank. Samples are generous, as they will give you additional ones after the initial one of each. Growler fills are also available from the taps as well as the beer tank. They also host an open house the first and third Friday evening of each month. That only costs $10, you get a glass, and the proceeds go to a local charity.

I have been there on a few occasions. Every Saturday they have a tour of their brewey. The best part about this brewery for me is the friendly staff, specifically the owner, who is quick to answer a question and very passionate about his work. The brewery also has tastings the first and last friday of every monthy and the proceeds, go to charity. The only thing that they do not offer is there premium beers like there porter, barley wine and doppell during the tasting, which is understable, because they are expensive.

I went to their open house last night and it was a friendly event. They offered glasses for a $5 donation or keg cups for those who didn’t want to make a donation to charity. The owner and employees were all there and were very friendly. The owner was pouring samples of the newest batch of Liberator which tasted great. Ambiance is typical of a small brewery. They will fill growlers for $7 and will start offering their own growlers by the next open house for any locals reading this.
