Customer service is a joke. The owner tells people that secondary fermenters are not needed and that you should cover your fermenting bucket with Saran-Wrap (airlocks are a thing of the past). If you disagree with the guy, he cops an attitude

This place has a decent selection of homebrew supplies and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their prices are a little on the high end which is to be expected for the area. Worth it if you are a homebrewer and live in the area. As for me, I think I’ll stick to Maltos as it is closer to me and more familiar.
