LilBeerDoctor | Pretty awesome beer store. They have a good selection of imports and domestic (and locals) brews. They have tons of beer so you are guaranteed to find something new. They have a small selection of glassware (although nothing special). Mix a 6 deal for ANY 12-oz beer. Pretty good pricing too, especially for Belgians (generally). The staff has always been quite helpful if you’re inquiring about a specific beer. Nothing too unique and they don’t seem to get new stuff (stuff they don’t already have) in that often, but like I said, there are so many bottles you are bound to find something. Check it out!

Nihon | Many beers available here, macros, micros, rare beers, and you can even break up six packs! Best place to go in the Tolland county area! They just moved to a new building, very nice, huge section of coolers full of many, many great beers!

nimbleprop | Like the other reviews say, this place is both classy and convenient. Selection of domestic micros stays pretty much in the New England area with a few more typical exceptions. Selection of Europeans was mixed, although I picked up some of the Greenwich beers while there. Staff was helpful. I’d definitely go back again, but not out of the way.

blinesam | Oh, how I love this place. Clean, plenty of parking, great selection, good prices, nice people. The manager is a friendly guy but I also doubt how much the other employees know about what they sell. They will ask for a back up (i.e. credit card) if you have an out of state license, fyi. As The_Jester said they have a "Beer Bible" which is a recent addition and I spent about 15 seconds flipping through (I really don’t remember what was even in it. It could be good for some though). They have a large refridgerated section with beers I haven’t seen sold cold anywhere else. They have lots of American microbrews and a large Belgian section and Eastern European section (?). My favorite part has to be the mixed 6-pack. In the back left corner by the cold singles is a large rack with singles and a box of empty sixers packages. If you buy the beers in multiples of 6 they will sell them to you at the 6-pack price rather than the single price. Even new beers and $3/$4 bottles may be offered for the mixed 6. They also have a large wine and hard alcohol section but that’s not what we’re going for, right? The best liquor store in Manchester and the area.

The_Jester | WOW. I’ve never been in a place like this before. (But then, I don’t get out much.) Huge, bright, clean store with a very good selection. (Didn’t see many Canadian brews, however.) Semi-well organized - someone has tried to lavel the shelves by country, but it’s a little confusing. A singles (mostly American micros) shelf can be found at the back. They also have a "Beer Bible," which seems to be some random scraps printed out on an inkjet printer that was low on ink. The service is very friendly and helpful, but not particularly knowledgeable, at least when it comes to beer. Prices seem good. I’ll be back.

jjpm74 | After all the high marks from this store, visiting was a bit of a let down. Lots of mediocre German and English beers with the occasional rarity. Not as many hard to find beers as I would have liked, but good for the area. The prices are decent and the staff are friendly both of which are bonuses.

SwedeDog | My homebase store. The selection here is very good, especially for Connecticut. They boast that they have the largest Belgian selection in CT. They also have a very large English, German and Eastern European selections, all separated into separate sections. Prices are very good (Allagash Interlude was $12) The best part about the store is that not only do they allow mixed sixers, but they encourage them ... there is a set of shelves set aside with nothing but singles, empty sixpack holders and a sign that says "Create your own sixpack"

| AreBee | One of my favorite places to shop. Quite a few local and regional brews and an amazing selection of Belgian and Belgian style ales. They have an excellent selection of bomber size beers from the USA and all over the world. Cooler is farily large and well stocked, but check out the warm beer selection too. Brews from Eastern Europe as well as just about everywhere else. Prices are very good and service is excellent.

mkgrenwel | I finally made it to the new location. It didn’t feel all that much bigger to me, but the one major improvement is that the store is organized far better. One long shelf of imports on one side with a long shelf of American brews on the other side of the aisle. Seems to be lacking on the Belgians, but very strong with English and other European brews. Run by a really nice guy. Definitely recommended.
