This is a little tricky to find, since the entrance does not face the street. Arenas is about a block and half from the beach, amongst all the touristy bars and shops. This is your typical beach dive bar. The have a chalk board listing all available beers. Selection is just ok, but FAR better than any other bar in the area. I saw stuff from Anchor, Stone, North Coast, Unibroue, DFH, etc., in addition to lots of macro crap. Beer prices were average. I did not eat, but the food that other patrons did not look too appetizing, unless you like greasy or fried food. I don’t get the allure of Rehobeth Beach, even with kids in tow. But if you need to drink something other than Dogfish Head- this would be the place to hit.

Visited Halloween night 2005. After a wee bit o rum across the street at dogfish, I find that I’m in here. Crowded as it was, service was expectedly slow, but friendly, so I’ll remain neutral on that part. Beer list, though sizeable, was just "what’ll sell". Did have a little bit of good beer. My sandwich tasted four days old. I did feel like I was in a twisted ESPN and neon world when I was inside, but outside has tons of seating areas all over the little square.

This is a very enjoyable spot at the beach, especially for lunch in the off season/during the week. Enough bottle selection you can try several different things, Taps could use a little more varity/less macrobrews. Bar/Deli type food but it’s good, nightly specials, a place I always recommend to folks.

Probably the best beer bar in Rehoboth. In walking distance of Dogfish Head and Rams Head Tavern.

This sure was a surprise! I have seen this place many times and passed it by. It looks like any other little deli in town. Then you walk inside and notice the chalkboard above the bar with dozens of micros scrawled across it. Chimay, Weihenstephaner, Ommegang, Unibroue, etc. Nothing exceedingly rare but it’s worth a stop for a good lunch and a good beer.
