| GMCC2181 (18), Bear/Elkton, Delaware | | April 8, 2008 [ Updated December 21, 2008 ] Good place to get a beer! 20 plus on tap! Good atmosphere. I only sat at the bar so I could not tell you about the food. But plenty of beers to choose from. Over all a good place, the only knock I have on them is they served ther beers way to cold.. But I will be back! | LennyH (5), Delaware does not count - explanation | | September 27, 2006 Nice place. It has a good atmosphere and enough beers on tap to make any beer fan happy for a couple of hours. We went early on a Saturday evening and it was a perect time to sample some quality brews in relative peace and quiet.
Got to sample my first Twin Lakes brew here. It was the Greenville Pale Ale, which I thought was terrific. | thehinge (7), Wilmington, Delaware does not count - explanation | | September 10, 2006 Eaten and imbibed here many times. Do yourself a favor and eat at the bar....bartenders will be friendly. Food is very good for a pub. Always has 15-20 regional and out of region craft brews on tap. They rotate seasonally. Not as sure about the bottle selection. | | desurfer (77), Pinellas Park, Florida | | August 8, 2006 Very nice inside with a TV-laden bar and a small dining area. The food is pretty good; had a chorizo burger and some onion rings. Tap list is very good, with some Victory, Dogfish, Hoegaarden, Flying Fish, Twin Lakes and others. Apparently they carry the SN seasonals like Celebration and Bigfoot. Nothing really rare that you can’t get locally in a bottle shop, but it’s a good selection for a restaurant. Overall a worthy stop for dinner and a beer or three. |
