Visited during wintertime. Really nice rooms. An OK selection of their own beers. Fine food to reasonable prices. Also possible to buy their beers with you.

I am not too fond of restaurants with their own brewery, it seems that too often the brews are treated stepmotherly. They serve quite nice food, and the beers are decent, but it is too much of a family place for me. It is quite stylish decorated, and it all looks nice, still not my place. There’s activities for the kids on the premises, and a shop for the products of Holmegaard Glasswares, so I guess the brewery will be the prefered place for the male part of the family. There’s also an amusement park (bon-bon land) some kilometeres away. (071006)
