They carry no more than 5 different beers and none of them is interesting. That however covers every single beer available in Egypt at the moment I’m afraid.

1/1/2006 7:26:54 AM, sunday, january 01, 2006 [ Updated thursday, january 19, 2006 ] Drinkie’s - The Bottle Shop is the only beer store I could find in Cairo. Drinkie’s carries about eight different beers, all of them made by Al Ahram Beverage Co., and having spent a week in Egypt, I can’t imagine doing any better than finding a store that sells no less than eight different Egyptian beers. I know of no other bottle shop in Cairo and alcohol is not served at most establishments due to Islamic restrictions. Drinkie’s is two doors West of La Bodega restaurant in the same side of the street. I’m not certain about the address number (it could be "151", but I’m not sure) as the storefront didn’t have an address displayed.
