August 26, 2009 I like stoping in here when ever were at Disney. It helps forget about the crazy day. Beer and food are always good, but service can be a bit slow at times. |

July 4, 2009 Very Cool Location but can be very crowded, Decent selection of their own brews, Food is average. One of the better places for beer on Disney Property. |

January 13, 2009 I recently visited the Big River location in Orlando (lake buena vista, fl) and was very disappointed. The service was poor, starting with the hostess who seemed unhappy when we asked to be seated somewhere other than the table which was practically in the aisle, down to the waitress, who was pleasant but hamstrung by a extremely slow kitchen. The food was poor as well, my choice, a hamburger, was overcooked, well-done instead of the medium I had requested, and in fact showed and tasted of an excessive amount of charring. I actually ate the burger since, after the 35 minute wait and several assurances by the waitress that our food would be coming any minute, I was very hungry. My wife liked her meatloaf, although she thought it was a little cold; perhaps her food was plated early, while my burger was being cooked (burned)? We were also somewhat irritated to find out that the mushrooms and onions the waitress inquired if she would like, were an additional $2.00.

October 31, 2008 Another place at Walt Disney World to go if you are in desperate need of a decent beer and forgot to pack any in your carry-on. Food was very decent which was reflected in the pricing. The beers were better than what you would find else where but generally very boring junk. The place had character but really seemed to be in a state of disrepair (for Disney) and was not any bigger than most holes-in-the-wall. |

April 9, 2008 Nice setting on the Disney boardwalk, but the interior is nothing special. Typical burger fare. Server was very friendly and on the ball. Only their own beers on tap (a good thing - stand behind your own product), but selection was limited in terms of styles. Only brewpub on the disney campus as far as I can tell. |

January 4, 2008 Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Nice setting on the Boardwalk at Disney World. We did not eat, but the food we saw going to other patrons looked and smelled great. They had about six of their own beers on tap - the ones we tried were average, not bad but nothing outstanding either. |

November 23, 2007 Beautiful setting on the lake with a nice view of the nightly fireworks from Epcot. Six house beers were being offered. The service was decent. All three Big River Grille’s have pretty good food and this one is no exception. |

November 16, 2007 Disney-esque ambiance, which is pretty mediocre for a brewpub. Beer is very average, as is the food. Nothing special, but if you’re at Disney it’s definitely the best beer around unless you go to Epcot’s Germany area for some Spaten Optimator. |

November 5, 2007 We make sure that we stop in here whenever we go to Disney. Heck it’s the only brewpub in the area and to be honest when you stay on Disney property one of the only places to get some decent Craft Beer. Nothing amazing but always decent beers. We enjoy the food as well and if you go during lunch it’s really not too crowded (especially compared to the restaraunts in the parks). |
