| presario (89), Calgary, Alberta | | September 12, 2008 I like these little bottle shops. Dark place with a few seats at the beer but 50 seats under umbrellas on the patio. Great selection at great prices. Fun to sit and watch the foot traffic on Lincoln and to see the different beers everone is drinking. Ambiance inside is 1, outside its a 4 assuming the sun is shining. | | daknole (12), Plantation, Florida | | May 5, 2008 The atmoshpere is nothing to write home about, but it isn’t bad either. Large selection of bottles and a few decent taps and all beers are $3...pretty good deal. | | Oakes (323), Miami Beach, Florida | | April 27, 2008 Good casual atmo. Lots of outdoor seating, which on Lincoln Rd has good people watching. The beer is cheap, and the selection is good. However, the downside is that they won’t carry anything they can’t sell for $3. Food seems to consist largely of microwaved popcorn. A good starting point. | | mgumby10 (45), West Palm Beach, Florida | | March 7, 2008 Small little place. Had a dozen or so taps with some decent selections to choose from, but had what looked like about 100 or so bottles as well. Had some 60 minute on draft. Service was decent enough. Not gonna find anything super special here, but its worthy of a trip if your looking to knock a few back for a few hours. | | Beershine (75), Miami Beach, Florida | | March 7, 2008 Zeke’s has been on Lincoln Road since the 90s but went on hiatus for a few years before re-opening last November. The place is reminiscent of Key West: very casual, laid back, and kitchy. The beer selection is decent and right now includes a few good taps like DFH 60. The bottle selection is quite large, and includes a multitude of macro imports and American micros. What’s more is that all the beers (tap or bottle) are exactly $3, tax included. So it’s a good place to have a few even if you would not want to stay all night. |
