Liked the pale ale and from previous experience really like the stout. Food menu is a good selection but the chicken pasta I had was too pre-fab. Service was very good as waiter never let me get EGS (empty glass syndrome).

This is a great restaurant even if you aren’t there for the beer. I’ve made an effort to go here a few times, it’s very busy on the weekends for as long as i can remember which says a lot. If you are there for the beer they have a good selection, besides the beers under the BJ name they have a good selection of Belgian ales, some trappists and lambics that i remember. The prices are what you would expect from a restaurant but aren’t terrible. Some of the BJ brews that stood out for me were the oatmeal stoudt and the seasonal maibock offering they had. If in the pinellas park area it’s worth a stop.

we went the weekend the place opened, and been back a few times since. the first time, the waitress spilled our drinks all over us. not a good start. however, the manager on duty was fantastic to us, made sure we were take care of, and honestlyt is probably the reason we went back and continue to do so. the place is huge, sort of sport bar/chain restaurant hybrid. that should sound awful, but the TVs are not loud and on one wall primarily, so not that bad. and the booths are huge. they do need more parking and the turnover is slow. dont go on a weekend unless you plan on waiting about an hour. the food is much better than expected. the fish tacos is a personal fave. the beers are ok, not bad but nothing is outstanding. a couple of times the limited run has been unavailable. the hefe is ok, kind of a weaker UFO. the red ale is just kinda there. the nut brown is probably the best, with the porter a close second. overall a above average place if you cant think of anyplace else for dinner.

This place was quite busy, cars waiting and looking for parking places. However, there was plenty of mall parking outside this locale since it is located in a mall area. Very nice atmosphere though quite busy inside. A nice variety of seating options such as, bar, little round tables with tall barstools, enclosed private booths, regular tables and regular booths. Lots of eye candy, waitresses were attactive. If you come at lunch or dinner, you’ll be waiting in line unless you make reservations. Once seated, our waitress was very polite and knowledgable about beers. We had a couple of large samplers. Beers were on style and they even had a cider on tap! The food was rather expensive so we held off on the grub and got some at another locale. Like matta said below, this is not truly a brewpub but they got lots of brewpub beers brewed at another location and brought in by the keg

Too loud for myself, but a good selection of beer. The food is piled on the plate, if you like that kind of thing. Always packed although most of the customers appeared to be more interested in the food than the beer. I have found that later on in the evening, they stop selling food, and the place is much more quiet, and beer drinker friendly.

Very nice ambiance, much like a chain restaurant with a bit of taste. Dark with lots of hardwood and TVs. Beers were ok, better than I’ve had at other brewhouses, but not going to beat what I keep in bottles at home. The food was worth it though. I enjoyed my chicken-fried steak, and I got a chance to sample the other selections my family ordered. I would return for the food and have one of their brews if I felt like it.

The ambiance is that of a really new semi-upscale chain restaurant. (somewhere between Bennigans and Cheesecake Factory) I know a lot of people don’t like this and I understand the reasoning but it’s nice none the less. The service was fantastic. My server Todd not only knew a lot about the menu but he was a true beer lover. He even brought me 4 extra drinks (2 ciders, a root beer, and a bock) that were not part of the sampler I ordered. He was great to talk to and gave outstanding service. The selection is better than average for these Restaurant brewpubs. Most of the styles you could predict since they are out to sell beer to the general public but 8 different styles of beer and 2 ciders on tap that night was more than enough. The food was really good. It’s American style stuff that you could guess wold be on the menu at a place like this but both my sandwich and desert tasted really good. Overall it’s one heck of a place to enjoy.

A very good-looking build out and the beers are rather well made to boot… But don’t be fooled by the words “Brewhouse”… there is NO beer brewed on premise… it’s all brewed in TX at St. Arnolds and shipped in State. The food was pretty good, but I was there during the training nights, So, I’ll have to revisit the menu and give a final critique later.

The most interesting thing I learned during my visit was that they plan to rotate through some of their seasonal brews. Right now they have their Bock and Pook Pilsner. The Bock was nice. The food I tried was very tasty. I really enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching sports on the array of tvs. This place looks a little nicer than the one I’ve been to in Le Mesa, CA. The staff I met was friendly and fun to talk to. Hopefully the Citrus Park location will provide a similar experience. Nice selection of Belgium bottled beers for a FL restaurant.

Apparently myself and Matta were at this place the same night as desurfer. It was a training night and you only payed for drinks. Food was comped and a donation envelope was handed out. On to the place: Stunning. Extremely upscale and well decorated with lots of visually appealing wall art and masculine wood accents. It’s one of the nicest looking brewpub/restaurants I have ever been in. The food was fairly good and the beer was solidly decent...actually leaning toward pretty tasty if a bit narrow in range. I’ll definitely be back.
