August 11, 2009 We went here last year before the beeradvocate bros pub crawl, so this review is taken from the BA site.
Beer selections small but decent but we came because well it was open and we did not what to eat at moon river brewery.
Seating is cramped and chairs too small, but the food was good. The service was decent, but the girls serving food are beer ignorant, so don’t ask them. They had sweetwater and terrapin good enough for me. |

December 21, 2007 I stopped in this bar on my first trip to Savannah and thoroughly enjoyed the staff, beers, and atmosphere. I had a hobgoblin draft on a traditional English oak carved bar. The bar itself serves a good selection of English beers on tap and domestic micro brews on tap and in bottles and you can take beers to go -) |

November 24, 2007 It’s alright I guess, couple local brews but nothing on the rare side. Quality stuff though. |

September 22, 2007 Solid selection of taps and bottles, obviously biased towards English and Irish beers. Good service and a classy but simple decor. The bangers & mash were excellent. Definitely worth a stop. |

September 2, 2007 Much better than Moon River! We were told at the door 15 minutes, buzzer went off before I could even get the whole party in the door. Service was exceptional, beer list was very good. Food is Irish/British style and was really good. Nice job. |

August 22, 2007 [ Updated August 26, 2007 ] I gotta say, I wan’t all that impressed with ths establishment. There are a select few quality U.S. micros available and an acceptable amount of imports, but nothing really stands out here. I didn’t eat, but the food seemed on the slighly higher end of the price spectrum. I’ve been looking for the Old Savannah brews and have so far been fruitless, maybe they’re out of business by now. This is a very average restaurant with a passable beer selection. I think Moon River and Murphy’s Law Pub are my first two choices in this town. |

July 17, 2007 [ Updated August 3, 2007 ] I really like this place and go everytime i am in Savannah. The beer selection is wonderful, has a nice downstairs ambience, & the upstairs bar is nice and airy (watch out in the summer, it gets really hot up there). I like to use this as a starting point for my pub crawls, as there is always something good on tap and then I can grab something different to go. |

May 31, 2006 [ Updated April 5, 2008 ] Nice layout and feel to the place. Open, yet intimate first floor with the main bar smokey game room atmosphere downstairs and a fun, open air bar upstaris. Service is typically very good and the food rather tasty. Yes, it’s on the pricey side, but it’s a tourist attraction, so. The beer selection is okay. Nothing mind blowing most of the time (occasionally a surprisingly good bottle of something stashed away). But being right next to Moon River and having both Old Savannah beers on tap it makes for a good one-two punch to knock out some ratings. |

February 8, 2006 Attractive bar area and nice roof garden in the summer. Beer selection is what you’d expect for imitation British pub. Beer seems expensive with Moon River next door. Food is good but pricey. |

January 15, 2006 Very nicely decorated. Decent tap selection for a British Pub, but not exactly earth shattering. Food was decent. |
