I like the pizza. They have a few nice beers, including Weiherer Hefeweizen, which is worth checking out. The vibe is more collegey and slightly downmarket hipster than the usual Bamberg vibe. The Ottobier on Sunday evenings is the main attraction - one time we went it was great the second time it was butter.

A ok place with a nice little outdoor area in the back of the bar. Inside quite ordinary. A small selection of local beers. Some different pizzas and burgers to eat.

Every Sunday at around 4PM, the bar taps a barrel (or more) of the Hübner Bräu Vollbier/Landbier known as "Ottobier." That’s the most special reason to come. A few other local beers are available draft and in bottles. The menu offers a refreshing change of pace from the usual German grandma fare with decent house-made pizzas. Likewise, the atmosphere is refreshing: is a youthful, friendly place.
