Brewery: Is just a brewery tap, nothing special about the spot but can sit out on the sidewalk and watch the world go by. Their menu is beyond the standard fare, and they offer unusual dishes including wild duck and wild pheasant as well as smoked ham and beans. It’s nice that it is next door to St. Georgen, makes for a very convenient and tasty visit.
Keller: Up the hill, not far from the town. Multi-leveled keller but rather compact. Had a bandstand with band playing when we were there. Nice views but the St. Georgen keller across the street has better views.

A basic boozer, popular with the locals; simple meals, but the excellent beer is served in steins. Sitting on the patio on a warm summer evening can be a great pleasure.........................Re-rated 4/6/06: The meals are simple, but very well prepared, the pub is always full of life, the locals very friendly and the staff is extremely friendly and generous !

Had a lunch there. Good food, good beer (bottles are sold to take home). Friendly but not overly quick service, and a lovely view from the patio.
