Big, popular garten, packed on a Tuesday night when the weather was threatening all kinds of nasty things. The beers are on the sweet side for Franconia, but otherwise the place is nice. They have a stork nest and stork-cam set up, but no stork action on our visit. We didn’t eat.

Very cool beer garden in center of town, with towering trees and storks nesting. Inside they have the stork nest Web cam, but there was no action when we were there. The interior is small and not as nice as outside but the brewing equipment is there to keep you happy. It was raining so we had to sit inside. The place has a youthful but diverse crowd, lots of college students but also older bohemian types. Nice vibe, too bad about the beers and the barfarific music selection.
