3 reviews for Brauerei Krug
| Beershine (261), Where Climate Suits My Clothes, Vietnam | | August 17, 2009 Excellent beer! Well worth the gentle uphill climb from Bamberg. Average patio, self serve. Right up the street from Griess, which also has a killer beer. Was open at 3 when we were there. | | ¾ (599), Colorado | | June 4, 2008 Opens at 4pm, so make note. A wooden patio out front will be in the shade by 4pm, so if you need out of the sun to enjoy a nice kellerbier, throw this place into your itinerary. Food-wise we ordered the schweineschnitzel, which was the special of the day, and it was served plain but was truly a work of art. We tried again the next day to find good schnitzel in Munich but it didn’t match the deliciousness of this one. So yeah, go to Giesfeld, it’s worth it to visit Krug as well as Griess. | | pivnizub (273), Bochum, Porúří, Germany | | May 6, 2006 A fine place in the two-brewery village of Geisfeld;in a picturesque semi-framework house with a smaller patio (no shady beer-garden) You’ll find a real old fashioned Gaststube, where a very good dark Lager is served directly from the wooden barrel ! |
