Large village-center brewpub with a patio in front of and a "beer-garden" in the back of the buildings; beside their own beers they serve "König-Pilsener" from Duisburg. It’s hard to find anything which is not made from wood inside.......

Visited this brewpub, located in a village not far from the Dutch border, in the good company of MoritzF and Pivnizub. Almost everything is wood in this brewpub. The waitress was friendly enough to pour me free small samples of all their beers, because I had to drive home. Beers are above average, the coffee is also decent. The atmosphere is very German. The pub seems to attract a lot of cyclists, enjoying a beer or two. |
