Was tipped off by a local on this one, nice stop. The beer selection was pretty broad/large in number, but most of the stuff is pretty generic, although Duvel and Orval on the menu kinda stood out of nowhere! (They only had 1 of 2 bottles we ordered of the Orval, though, and were out of the Duval!) Environment was pretty sports-bar-like, but clean, rather chain-like. Four huge screen TVs (like a Damons), pool tables, restaurant area, bar area too. Karaoke night, quite comical. Did not eat any of the food, since I was on the liquid bread plan, but it looked edible / competent. Service wasn’t all that (needed intervention multiple times to get the next order, bill, etc...), certainly not catering in beer knowledge to the clientelle, more of a brut force, here’s a lot of beer to choose from! |
