Always a great selection of different beers from all over the world. Another great thing is they change beers every so often, so there’s always something new to try. Finally, they have great food and a menu that changes with the seasons. Well worth the visit!

I hang out in this neighboorhood frequently, and finally got to stop by a few weeks ago during the German/Maystreet fest. I wasn’t too impressed with the selection, nothing special here, the usualy Two Bros, FFF, Abita, Lagunitas, New Holland stuff. The place is nice, very sophisticated style. I did not eat, just had a beer.

I’ve been a regular at Latitude for a 3 years now and there are several things that keep me going back. First, it has the feel of a friendly neighborhood place. There are lots of regulars and the atmosphere is inviting. Great outdoor patio during the summer overlooking Welles Park across the street and a nice, copper-topped bar with huge windows that are always open in good weather. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food is above-average and their chef does great specials on the weekend. The best thing they have going for them, though, is a great selection of beers on tap and in bottles. They may not have the dizzying selection of the Hop Leaf or Map Room, but they do a lot with what they have. The taps switch often (seasonally, perhaps?) and they’re always rotating new bottles into the mix. Great craft and micro brews are always available, and they are the ONLY place in the neighborhood that has such a good selection of quality beers.

This is one of the best bar/resturants in the city. I love the atmosphere, that they open up the large doors in nice weather or you can sit outside by the park, the staff is great, the food never disappoints and the beers are terrific! They have so many cool events here, I only wish I lived closer to take advantage of more of the fun!

I like this restaurant. Unlike other bars in the neighborhood they actually rotate their draft and bottle selection pretty regularly. From what it appears the management really tries at a diverse selection of regional micros and european imports. They may not have fifty beers on tap but they definately have the little stuff you just don’t run across every day.
