Ordered from online/phone. Fast and personal. They have a lot of seasonal hard to find brews, which means theire selection is also rather seasonal. Excellent selection of stuff I can no longer get now that I live in North Carolina. Some I can pick up when I visit Michigan for the holidays, but it doesn’t last all year so this place can get me through. The Three Floyds I can’t find anywere I go.

Have been in there 4 or 5 times. Looks like your typical south side liquor store from the outside. It is really cramped and they pack it with as craft brews as they can. Not the biggest selection but full of quality brews and Randy is awesome. The problem is that 95% of his customers don’t drink craft beer as it is in a blue color neighborhood. It could be amazing what he could do with a bigger space in a different place in the city. The website is outstanding. You can always find something in there to take home.

Mail (web) order. Great service, great selection and the package got all the way to Dallas hella fast. Next time I’m in Chicago I’ll be stopping in here.

First place I ever ordered online from . Great experience, honest advice to not order beer that was not fresh, and prompt delivery. I ought to go back and order some more....

This was the go-to place for Midwest beers until Bells left Chicago. Still, this is a fantastic resource for newer drinkers looking to fill in all that good stuff.

Mail (web) ordered week of April 7, 2008. Communication was super fast, turn around equally fast. I ordered on Tuesday, had my beer by Friday. I like the lay out of the site, and this is a great place to get REALLY fresh Three Floyds. I recommend this place greatly. Ambiance score is based on organization of the website, I have not visited in person.

After doing tons of mail order business, I finally made it to the store...not what I expected...nothing bad or anything, just not how I imagined it...wonderful selection!!!! Awesome place!

Ignore Ambiance since I have only ordered online from these guys. They ship quickly and have a great selection. They carry a lot of harder to find brews, no matter where you live in the US. Dogfish Head for us West Coasters, Bear Rep and Great Divide for the East Coasters. FFF for everyone!

Of all the online places I’ve shopped, this one is the best overall. Sure, its selection CAN be beat elsewhere on the net, but it’s still pretty darned nice, especially if you’re searching for some solid midwest gems unavailable in your area. The email response was prompt and very courteous even before I officially placed an order. The packaging was excellent, all done so well, and yet only charged the straight cost of shipping. Combine that with pretty fair retail pricing on the bottles themselves, and this is a must stop shop, as you won’t trade at a cheaper price with a non-retailer.

This is my go to liquor store when I need a special beer or two. They usually have a nice selection of micros and craft brews. They even have a slight selection of beers that are distributed in Illinois, which is very nice (i.e. STONE). The one thing I don’t like however is that it is a smaller store with not a lot of room, and therefore, they don’t carry a bigger inventory. One of the best liquor stores around the southside area
