I stopped here when I was staying in Elk Grove Village, and found a few beers that I had to take back with me (and some Jadwiga Mead). The store is relatively small, with a warehouse feel to it. As compared to the other Sal’s Beverage Worlds that I have been to it is much smaller and the selection is scalled down as well. They have a pretty good selection and it appears that it is kept up well. For example, I found DogFish Head Imperial Pilsner on the shelf. I have not seen this at other places in the area. Intersting. If you are in one of the many hotels surround this place this is definately a good stop for some brews. |
