Wow!!! IMPOSSIBLE to find this place...he food was awesome!!! Not only do they have all of the Two Brothers beers on, but Windy City is a boutique distributor here that is owned by the wives of Two Brothers...so they carry almost that whole portfolio as well...awesome place!

Four white walls in a warehouse district does not make this a date destination. But this should come around. Decent beer selection - to the point that if you do not like 2Bs beer, they give you plenty of beer by the bottle options. Service is strong - the GM comes by every time we are there to check in on our satisfaction level. Food is pretty plain, but the smoked pulled pork is excellent - other stuff just average, maybe a little bland. I love having this place in the Far West Burbs, as it can be both a superior brewpub, and a decent beer bar.

Like 3Floyd’s in an industrial park, accessed from a Calumet Avenue. Place is still undergoing shakedown, as they STILL have no signs. Inside is kind of like many bars quickly set up inside a generic steel building. But yep, all current 2Bros on tap, plenty of interesting guest bottles. I just stopped by to drop a homebrew contest entry and check the place out: late afternoon crowd was a few beer geeks and some fellow industrial park workers who were glad to find this place in their midst. Bar servers well prepared to scratch your beer itch. It will be a while before I can return to try out the food, but I will indeed be back.

NOTE: The RateBeer map as of 3/08 is WRONG. The place is on Claumet Ave. West access it from Talbot Ave., a couple blocks west of Rt. 59. Top it off with absolutely ZERO SIGNAGE. If you’re lucky, their trucks will be parked on the dock. (beermapping.com has it right if you want the map.) That out of the way, this place is great. The house beers are far better than their bottled selves, and food is primo pub grub. I had an awesome pulled pork sandwich, my wife a very solid cheeseburger. Nice kids’ menu as well. Service was greatvery attentive despite a group of 25 or so showing up sans reservations. Excellent guest bottles. Very much worth going out of your way for.

Came here as the crowds were dwindling on a Friday evening. Empty and cavernous, but the crowd seemed friendly and warm. Sevice was a bit on the slow side, but was quick with the bill, as is usually the case with poor waitstaff. This will improve with time, I’m certain. Decent selection of house brew pulls and an astounding selection of guest bottles. The food was pretty good as well. All in all, we’ll go back I’m sure, but give it a few months to settle down.

Definitely off the beaten bath back in an industrial park area. Parking was ample, newly opened place was very clean, a little sterile feeling but I’m sure they’ll warm the place up as they get on their feet. Service was incredibely friendly and beer knowledgeable. Food quality is quite good and reasonably priced with some interesting touches. Nice selection of 30 or so bottles including Belgians and American Craft beers and their own beers on tap with one guest tap. I am moving right by here and will probably be a regular and hope to enjoy watching the place grow, change and find its groove!

Stopped by here last night because I had a coupon for a free pint glass. Very hard to find (even worst than their last location). Actually it was quite busy despite the location. When we finally got in there we were pleasantly surprised. All of the current 2 Bros. beers were on tap, including a cask version of the Hop Juice. They had a guest tap from Ska Brewing as well. Lots of bottles from around the world, but I though it was a pretty odd selection of bottled beers overall. The beer was served in the proper glass and at the proper temp. The service was very good and attentive. I know that they just opened up, but the ambiance needs a little work. Right now it’s just too bland inside and there is nothing hanging on the walls or anything like you would expect from a tap house. The food however was very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the half pound Taphouse Burger. It was very good. The food menu is pretty basic right now, but I understand that they will be adding to it in the next couple of weeks. The crowd seemed pretty mixed, with most of the people being in their 30’s I’d say. One complaint is the hours that they are open. They close at 9 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on the weekends. I think that staying open longer (especially on the weekends), would really benefit them. All in all, I had an enjoyable trip and will return to the place when I can!
