Stopped here 8/02 on the way to Florida. sat outside so cannot say much about the ambiance but I will give them a good rating because the picnic tables were cool. had the Hawaiian pizza and the bogart pale ale both good.

Very friendly staff and good service. Less selection than Pazzo’s but it’s an excellent altnernative if you can’t get a table at pazzo’s during pint nite. My favorite is the calzone.

Great place! The MM always has great food, a nice beer selection, and a friendly (mellow) staff. A wonderful location between UK and downtown makes this place handy for just about everyone. Recommended!

I frickin’ love the mellow mushroom. Where else can you go to get awesome pizza, a very generous vegetarian and vegan menu (thank you), lots and lots of good beer on tap, and all the psycadelic artwork and surroundings possible? On this particular day we ate the Kosmic Karma pizza and a tempehhoagie which were both phenomenal. I drank a pint of arrogant bastard ale and abita purple haze, both on tap. Great, service, quiet surroundings, that is until a family of ten with screaming kids sits by you. But the waitresses were more than glad to let us move to a more secluded area. Great place!
