I don’t know what happened to my original rating, but I just returned from dinner and will enter a "fresh one." I don’t get the chain ambiance except for the actual building. Inside has very basic ambiance with a fire house theme in the bar area. Service on every visit has ranged from slow to average. Same goes for the food. Steaks are ok considering the price. Wings are tough and overcooked for my tastes, and the steamed broccoli on this visit was nasty. Beers are average at best. Bar area seems to have a lot of local patronage. Overall, this is not really a place to go out of your way for. In fact, I would rather drive the extra miles to Bel Air DuClaw or just eat at PF Changs. Niether the beer nor the food, although not terrible, just does not do much for me.

Stopped by while shopping at White Marsh. Wife and kids came along. Nice atmosphere and decore. Can smell yeast in the air, pleasantly so. Had two pints of the daily crisis IPA. Beer was tastey, food was surprisingly good. Big basket of onion rings, nice size burgers. Wife had crab, of course, burgers were huge, fries and gray was exceptional. Offered great deals daily for beers at the bar. Waitress was nice and attentive.

Big chain feel. Below average beers. Slow service (dinner on a Friday). Average food. Waiter brought out our dinner, we had to ask for silverware and it took him 5min to find us some. Wives will like the area as they can shop!

The midway point of the beer day with Slob and Chumley. A bit aseptic with all the glass but the growlers were nicely priced and bartenters attentive and knowledgeable. Pub grub ok. Try to get there during the week so that you are not run over by rabid shoppers.

Visited on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Sat at the bar with two others. Bartender was knowledgable and courteoous. Atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Food was, well pub food. Nice sterile area of Baltimore. Interesting little commerce community in White Marsh. But the beers were good and the experience was enjoyable.

Very fun place. Great atmosphere and great service. If you’re there, get the beer sampler. It’s a great overview of their beers.

Been there several times for lunch when I had free afternoons. The beer and food has improved over time. I particularly like their IPA. Ambiance isn’t much, sorta sterile, but the bar is great.

They carry 5 standard brews. Plus, had two specialties on when I was there and two guest beers. I thought the beers were decent, but nothing fancy. Food was very chain-like and filling, but not great. It is NOT a chain however though you will swear it is one. White Marsh is a very nice suburb just north of Baltimore and again I am suprised no one has added this yet.
