Finally got around to visiting Lukes. Big box store that is in a half vacant shopping area. Bit run down inside, no windows flourecent lit place. Didn’t ask for or get offered any help so score is left in middle. As much beer as anyplace in Massachusetts. They must order everything that is available in Mass. Crafts are near registers with cases and 12 packs on floor with sixpacks on shelves. Huge BMC spread in middle. Big import section on shelves. This is where the Belgian, german and rest of the world is. Shelves were kinda messy in general, but nothing hidden. Some stuff getting old. dusty bottles. I’ve never seen so much Paper City in one place. Canada and Asia section was getting hit with the heat from vent. Berkshire bombers were on the shelves and not in coolers. Berkshires growlers were in cooler though. Had a bunch of those Concord Rapscallion 4packs that came with the glass. I didn’t think they had been made in a while. Still have Cisco Barleywine with the non red label. Coastal Extreme’s 01-04 on shelf, though I don’t remeber the 05 with them. A little cleaning would go along way here, but maybe they were recovering from holiday shopping. Well worth a visit if in area. They do allow single purchases from sixers. Kind of hidden as it’s not on a major roadway. Pricing seemed comparable to other large stores in Massachusetts.
