| skwerl | I’m amazed this place is still around as well. This one is a sentimental favorite. This is were I learned that there was more to beer than Bud, Miller and Stroh’s. Everything a college dive bar should be, well, execpt maybe having a college nearby...

| kidwiththehair | How has this place escaped me. I love it. Nice little dirty hole in the wall with a better than typical beer selection. Good music and good atmosphere

JoshuaB | I like this place. It is very dark and dirty, and around nothing else cool, in a shitty part of the city. My kind of place. Sure, many of the beers are not all that rare, but they have so many brews and they are all listed by style. Like ClarkVV said, if single malts are also your poison, they have a great selection as well. Good live bands, and a fun back porch in the summer. Darts as well. A good spot to hang out, espcially late night.
Rerate-Increased prices and decreased selection. Not good.

SuIIy | Nice dirty little place. Always cramped whether there are 5 or 25 people cause everyone crowds the bar. Decent variety but nothing too rare.

hopdog | I can’t believe this place is still around. I used to go here when I was a teen (not to date myself, but I started going ~20 years ago). Located in a crappy area with a nice bottle selection.

ClarkVV | Very smoky and dark, quite bare and cramped. The beers are very over-priced and they don’t have anything you can’t find in stores around the area. The beers are served ice cold. However, the bartenders are friendly, and the beers are listed to style fairly well. The single malt menu is cool and the hard-tipped darts are fun. They certainly do have a lot of bottles, but they are mainstream beers from around the world. Tap selection is pretty poor. Worth a look though, the wall decor is quite interesting. So many good Michigan beers and they only have 2-3 average ones on tap.
